In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gb999 website accessible at https://gb999.vu, including all games, features, services, and content made available through it.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has registered an account on the gb999 Platform or who accesses the Platform without registration for informational purposes.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their gb999 Account using an accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including submission of identity and payment-method documentation.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

To register and use a gb999 Account, you must meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

6. You must not already hold an active or suspended gb999 Account. Each person is permitted exactly one Account. Opening a second Account — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited.

gb999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (e.g., National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time specified by gb999 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gb999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify gb999 immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Accuracy. You must keep your Account information up to date at all times, including your contact email address and payment method details. Outdated or inaccurate information may delay withdrawal processing.

3.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. gb999 may, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address, apply an administrative fee to inactive Account balances in accordance with its then-current inactive account policy. The current fee schedule is available from the support team upon request.

3.4 Account Currency. All Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). gb999 does not currently support multi-currency Accounts.

gb999 accepts deposits exclusively through the following approved payment methods for Bangladesh players:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Cards: Visa, Mastercard (issued by Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank)

4.1 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. gb999 will reject and return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source; associated processing fees, if any, are borne by the Player.

4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit initiation within your Account.

4.3 gb999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which gb999 accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt by gb999's payment processor. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

4.5 gb999 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or refund any deposit that it suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

5.1 Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the Player's most recent deposit. gb999 does not support withdrawal to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.2 Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have successfully completed KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

5.3 Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are typically processed within the following timeframes:

• bKash / Nagad: Within 30 minutes for standard requests during business hours (BST)
• Rocket / Upay: Within 1–3 hours
• Bank card: 1–3 business days, subject to issuing bank processing times

5.4 gb999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts showing unusual activity patterns. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of such review.

5.5 Only Real Money Balance funds that are free of any active Wagering Requirement are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Balance funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.

6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the gb999 Platform are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. These bonus-specific terms form part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Balances must be wagered a minimum number of times before any portion of the balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates, and time limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

6.3 Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% of wagers placed, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower percentage. The precise contribution rates for each game category are specified in the relevant bonus terms.

6.4 gb999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already credited to Player Accounts. Players who are found to be abusing promotions — including by opening multiple Accounts, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their Accounts suspended.

6.5 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, and payment method.

7.1 All games available on the gb999 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games (such as Aviator and Plinko), card games (such as Deuces Wild), and sports betting markets — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and/or live dealer operations sourced from reputable third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

7.2 Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's game server. In the event of a discrepancy between a Player's device display and the Platform server's recorded result, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.

7.5 gb999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or market. Games may be temporarily removed for maintenance, provider updates, or regulatory compliance at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gb999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with games or the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by gb999
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided
• Colluding with other Players or Platform staff to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets

• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account

11.3 gb999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gb999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12.1 Closure by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting gb999 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable inactive account fees and after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by gb999. gb999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or if continued operation of the Account would expose gb999 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

12.3 Upon termination by gb999 for breach, all bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited in their entirety. Real Money Balance funds may be withheld pending investigation. Where investigation confirms the breach, gb999 may apply any costs of investigation against the Real Money Balance before refunding the remainder.

gb999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect Player rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the gb999 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1 above.

The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by gb999's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with widely accepted international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.
